The Squarell CANcliQ has a reputation as a reliable and secure way to read vehicle data without being intrusive. Now the CANcliQ can also be used to connect to the ISO11992-bus of trailers with an EBS system. This way valuable information can be obtained from the trailer’s braking system.
Examples of obtained data are brake information, total axle weight and trailer stability. All of this data is of the utmost importance in transport, production planning and safety systems.
The complete solution is installed in the truck. All data, including FMS and Tachograph, can be implemented as single output and transmitted to your modem. Ready for integration in a back office or web based platform!
The Squarell EBS Trailer Interface will support vehicles with up to 2 trailers.
A selection of the data that is available in these messages is:
- ABS activation
