Warranty
On the Squarell hardware products a 24 month warranty is applicable. For extended warranty plans, please consult your sales representative.

If you face any problems with our product please contact us by mail with full description of the problem, application environment, used dcf, serial number and model number of the device. We will contact you how to proceed in this matter.

RMA

Whilst Squarell takes all reasonable care to ensure that products supplied are fault free, occasionally problems do occur and should that happen a formalized returns procedure will ensure the prompt resolution to these issues.

For Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) please follow the routine:

  • Download the RMA request form
  • Please read the terms carefully
Fill in this form and fax the document to

  • Within 1 working day the fax will be returned with RMA number, or we will contact you for more information.
  • If a RMA number is assigned: Package the goods and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your package.

Depending on the investigations, repair can take 1-2 weeks. In case of repair costs you will be notified before repair takes place.
