FMS interfaces

If you want to read vehicle data without jeopardizing the J1939 CANbus of the truck or van: the Squarell FMS interface with CANcliQ is the right choice. This device protects the vehicle CANbus and reads the data without interfering with the signal. No signals can be send to the engine CANbus. The data can translated and send to the second CANbus port of the device. There is no need for activation, calibration or truck workshop related matters. Just install and you are able to get all FMS CANbus data and even more data than any truck manufacturer will give you!

Truck Performance Monitoring

With Truck Performance Monitor you can monitor all CANbus equipped trucks and busses. With a special adaptor the J1708 based trucks (USA) can be monitored. This is a fast and easy way to know all about the truck, driver and trip performance engine and equipment during operation. The Truck Performance Monitor can store multiple years of performance data. The data can be downloaded via USB and analysed in the ExpertView web service.

Tachograph interfaces  

Squarell supplies CANbus interfaces to 1318, 1324, 1381 compliant tachographs. Speed, Driver and time status, history logging and warnings are extracted from the tachograph.

Extra sensors for measurement

Squarell sensor devices can easily be added to your J1939 system. Some information like temperatures, pressure or gauge data can be missing from your truck data. By adding the Squarell sensor devices this data can be measured with extra sensors. The data is made available on the J1939 CANbus and can be integrated in the monitoring solutions.

Particle Filter Guard

Particle filter guard protects any closed trap/filter particlate. These filters need to operate under certain temperature and pressure conditions. If bad conditions (i.e. high filter pressure) occur the Particle filter can be severely damaged. particle filter guard protects your investment by monitoring temperature and pressure and indicates bad conditions. the data is made available on FMS CANbus.

GPS-data added to FMS CANbus

If you want to add a GPS signal to FMS CANbus, then the GPS to CAN is the right choice. This device makes the GPS coordinates, altitude, and GPS speed available on CANbus.

Simulation and live-recording of truckdata

The configuration pack gives you the tool to make scans of the CANbus or J1708 data of your trucks and busses and store it on your PC for further analysis. The data can be used to create a CANbus or J1708 signal to simulate. With the graphical inspectors the equipment data is shown on the PC in diagrams.
